Please note, due to the high volume of inquiries, the custom nature of all of our sessions, and the fact that we are often out on location shooting during normal business hours, we require email consultation as the initial form of contact for all portrait, wedding, and workshop bookings. This enables us to provide clients with our detailed service information,  which is designed to answer all initial questions about booking, available dates, pricing, and sessions. This also provides us with a record of all client communications.

Wedding Booking Policy

To book your wedding date we require a $800.00 non-refundable retainer* (payable via personal check, Visa/MC, or Paypal) and completed and signed contract. Once we receive the contract and retainer, we will send you a confirmation packet via Priority Mail in custom DPP folder with Confirmation Form, Copy of Signed Contract, Wedding Photography Planning Form, Receipt of Retainer, and Schedule of Payment and follow-up meeting dates if applicable. Final balance for wedding photography packages are due 60 days prior to event date. For full list of wedding policies, please contact us.

Portrait Booking Policy

To book your traditional family or celebration session we require a $150.00 non-refundable retainer* (payable via personal check, Visa/MC, or paypal) and completed and signed contract. Once we receive the contract and retainer we will send you a confirmation packet via mail which will include your confirmation form, copy of signed contract, and invoice of payment and balance. We will text/email to remind you of portrait session 1 week and then 1 day before the portrait session. The final balance of your session is due the day of the session. Studio and Family Documentary Session

To book your studio and family documentary session we require a 50% non-refundable retainer* (payable via personal check, Visa/MC, or paypal) and a completed and signed contract. Once we receive the contract and retainer we will send you a confirmation packet via mail which will include your confirmation form, copy of signed contract, and invoice of payment and balance. We will text/email to remind you of portrait session 1 week and then 1 day before the portrait session. The final balance of your session is due the day of the session.
